This repair
method applies to fittings with small leaks due to a slight under application
of adhesive that are otherwise properly installed .
The leak point must be identified typically with pressure and soap (follow
sump manufactures directions for test pressure) and the area around the
leak prepped and sanded . While the interstice is under vacuum epoxy (Bravo
EP-100RF) is applied to the leak area and smoothed to a clean bead until
the sump holds vacuum. The vacuum can be left on the line during the cure.
If you need any further clarification, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Micah Nelson
National Sales Manager
S .
