CHRONOLOGY <br /> 1701 W. WASHINGTON, STOCKTON <br /> 02/03/92 550 gallon UST removed. Piping left in place. <br /> 12/16/92 Ten feet of piping removed. Res of piping and dispenser were <br /> inside the building and would be losed in place and removed later. <br /> 01/19/93 Received tank tracking record and notified stockpiled soil was <br /> placed in UST excavation after the removal. <br /> 02/01/96 Site placed in Local Oversight Program. <br /> i <br /> 05/29/96 Site Characterization Work Plan. <br /> 12/19/96 Four soil probes advanced. Soil and grab groundwater samples <br /> collected. <br /> 07/18/97 Site Characterization Report. Lir iited soil contamination. Grab <br /> water sample evidenced 210 ppt TPH-diesel. <br /> 06/16/99 Remaining piping closed in place. Dispenser removed and soil <br /> sample obtained. <br /> 07/12/99 Closure Summary Report. Soil sample below dispenser was non <br /> detect for contaminants. Estimated 40 pounds of diesel remaining <br /> in soil. Recommend closure. <br />
