It is hoped that the City of Stockton has already submitted a Clean- <br /> up Fund application as suggested in 1994. <br /> Site Summary <br /> The 550 gallon tank # 39-1278-01 which stared diesel was removed on December 3, <br /> 1992 and samples were collected. The PHSIEHD inspector, P.Violett, noted that there <br /> was a petroleum odor associated with the sample collected at 9.5 feet beneath the former <br /> underground storage tank (UST). Approximately 1 .5 feet of piping was removed on <br /> December 16, 1992 and a soil sample collected at 2.5 feet beneath the former piping. The <br /> inspector noted that the remaining piping was not properly abandoned. The tank rinsate which comprised <br /> approximately 12 gallons was transported under manifest to Refineries Service 13331 <br /> North Highway 33 Patterson, CA 95363. <br /> Seasonal high depth to groundwater (Spring 1986) Yvas 10 feet. Depth to groundwater <br /> typically fluxuates in that area between 5 and 15 feet.
