All connections to City maintained utilities <br /> requires an encroachment permit from the City's Public Works Department. <br /> Because the project is located in a County area, County permits for work done in the <br /> street right-of-way will be required. <br /> Existing septic systems and water wells shall be abandoned in compliance with San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department requirements. <br /> Upon payment of all appropriate fees and charges, completion of any required General <br /> Plan Amendment, and approval and construction of all required utilities including master <br /> planned improvements, the City of Stockton can provide sanitary sewer service to the <br /> subject property. All necessary permits must be obtained before connection to City <br /> utilities is allowed. This letter only represents the condition of City's utility system at this <br /> time. This letter does not constitute a reservation of capacity, nor does it vest this <br /> property with any entitlements.
