R.eisch; HEREBY STIPULATE AND AGREE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />The 'Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction ("Final Judgment") may be entered by the <br />Court in the above-entitled matter, <br />CLS cooperated with the People during the course of the People's investigation. CLS has <br />worked to correctany non-compli ante and ensure future compliance with California's medical <br />waste and hazardous waste laws at its faeilities, including by hiring additional regulatory - <br />compliance .staff; developing and implementing company policies and .training programs; <br />conducting interns] compliance audits; and commissioning third party compliance audits and <br />regular trash inspections, <br />CLS has worked directly with its clients to attempt to eliminate the shipment of products. <br />to its Covered Facilities that are broken, leaking or expired, and continues to assist its clients in <br />ensuring the proper management.of such items.
