PHS/EHD has <br />The work plan proposed six soil borings to investigate residual soil contamination <br />documented at the time of the 1993 tank replacement and overexcavation. Three of the soil <br />borings may be converted into nested vapor extraction/vadose zone wells. Also, MW7 which <br />was damaged during the over -excavation activities will bel�re-drilled and re -installed. The <br />work plan indicated that selected soil samples will be retained for laboratory analysis. <br />PHS/EHD recommends that adequate soil samples be collected and submitted for laboratory <br />analysis to effectively characterize the residual soil contamination. <br />Please submit a drilling permit application and $89 to PHS/EHD.
