Box 2009 • (1601 East Hazelton Avenue) a Stockton,Id lifornia 952o1 <br />(209) 468-3400 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />I <br />NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br />SITE MITIGATION PLAN 'I <br />September 1, 1993 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for remediation of an <br />underground storage tank site located at 3300 Waterloo Road, Stockton has been reviewed <br />by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD). <br />The plan is a proposal for the excavation of soil which !was contaminated due to <br />unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks (UST) which were located <br />on the property. 'M <br />PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a 'determination that the plan is in <br />compliance with local, State and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work <br />will not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be <br />gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br />The corrective action plan is available for public review at the PHS/EHD, 445 N.
