PHS/EHD <br />additionally notified you by correspondence dated July 7, 1992 that the work plan be <br />submitted within 14 days, July 21, 1992. This work plan has not been received by this <br />office. <br />In order to discuss your failure to comply with the required investigation, a meeting will <br />be scheduled for either September 22, 1992 or September 23, 1992 at 10:00 AM at the <br />office of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB), 3443 <br />Routier Road, Suite A, Sacramento CA. Please confirm which date would be most <br />convenient for you and your representatives by August 31, 1992. <br />Failure to appear or to respond prior to this meeting date may result in a request for <br />formal enforcement action by the CVRWQCB and/or the San Joaquin County District <br />Attorney.
