They were not able to access monitoring wells <br />No. 1 and No. 4. Monitoring wells No. 2 and No. 3 were dry; <br />therefore, no water samples were taken. <br />Before I can comply with your request for a work plan <br />to install at least three additional monitoring wells by <br />June 22, 1992, I must again obtain approval from both the <br />operator, Ultramar, Inc. and my clients, Quentin and Claire <br />Kirsch. <br />
