Copies <br /> J <br /> ` of these forms are included in the Appendix of this report. <br /> a <br /> MONITORING WELL CONSTRUCTION: <br /> Ground water monitoring wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, and MW-4 were <br /> } constructed in borings B-1, B-2, B-3, and B-6, respectively. <br /> MW-1, MW-2, and MW-3 were constructed using thread-jointed four <br /> a= <br /> inch inner diameter schedule 40 PVC blank casing and screen, and <br /> MW-4 was installed with two inch casing. No chemical cements, <br /> glues, or solvents were used in well construction. <br /> �v <br /> The screened portion of each well consists of factory-cut 0. 020 <br /> inch slotted screen. The well screen in MW-1 extends downward <br /> from approximately 33 feet below the ground surface to total <br /> depth in the well, approximately 53 feet below the ground <br /> surface. Screen was installed in MW-2 between 30 feet and 59 <br /> :< feet, in MW-3 between 29 feet and 64 feet, and in MW-4 between 27 <br /> and 57 feet below the ground surface. <br /> The annular space was packed with graded sand to a point four to - <br /> seven feet above the slotted interval, or 20 to 29 feet below the- <br /> ground surface.
