Meanwhile use temporary soap bottle and <br /> paper rolls at these stations. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. Clean 3 comp sink compartments and the 2 drain boards and remove the <br /> items today. <br /> Chlorine test strips are not available. Provide test strips in 3 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities.
