Date: 12/29/2020 <br /> Manufacturer training: OPW, 04/22/21; Incon, 06/19/22 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On site for the following: <br /> Spill bucket testing (OPW, 87, 91, diesel) <br /> -Verified 5 gallon capacity <br /> -Verified drainage <br /> -Witnessed hydrostatic testing for 1 hour. Diesel passed. 87 and 91 failed. <br /> -Witnessed retesting of 87 and 91 spill buckets. Failed. ADDITIONAL TESTING WILL NEED TO BE WITNESSED BY EHD. <br /> Overfill prevention verification (OPW 71 SO testable, 87, 91, diesel) <br /> -Verified flapper functionality <br /> -Verified flapper set at 95%or less using tank charts and manufacturer's upper drop tube calculations <br /> Per technician, all ball floats were removed. Verified that CERS has been updated to include flappers as overfill. <br /> Secondary containment testing of 91 fill sump <br /> -Witnessed Incon testing. Failed several tests. <br /> -Sensor was replaced and sump was retested. Passed. <br /> Tests not witnessed, but still needed (submit copies of passing test results to the EHD within 30 days of testing): <br /> 1) Primary piping testing of all primary product piping. The technician is using Veeder-Root PLLD line testing. Per technician, <br /> this test has been attempted several times, but they are having difficulty with the panel and are still troubleshooting. <br /> 2) Leak detector testing of all PLLDs,to confirm that device can detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 PSI. <br /> 3)Secondary containment testing of all tank annulars. <br /> 4)Sensor functionality testing to ensure proper operating conditions of the monitoring panel.
