SC 007 <br /> He stated that he went to the site, and spoke to a truck driver heading into the site. <br /> The truck driver gave Joe information on the owner of the property. <br /> Shane Ledbetter, Owner for LMD Dirt Movers. <br /> Phone: (209) 834-4708 <br /> Called Shane. <br /> Shane stated that he works for a company called LMD Dirt Movers, 3rd party dirt <br /> broker hired by property owner Sukhraj Singh. Shane explained that he is hauling <br /> in soil to fill a hole at the site. He intends on building an almond farm at that <br /> location. He states that he has no permits from public works, but he does have soil <br /> reports. He gave me his email: Ar.lmdirt@gmal.com <br /> I sent him an email requesting the soil report. Sent an email to Muniappa Naidu <br /> (Program Coordinator), updating him on the complaint. <br /> 07/11/2019 Got a call from Shane Ledbetter, LMD Dirt Movers. The company working on PE 2200 GAITAN <br /> 48 min 32003 S. Tracy Blvd. Tracy Ca 95377. He wanted to let me know that his email SC 007 <br /> address is actually: <br /> Ar.lmddirtmovers@gmail.com <br /> He stated that his office administrator, Marisela Ramos, will reach out to me about <br /> getting me the soil reports for the property. I mentioned to Shane that I saw trucks <br /> hauling dirt out of the property, I asked if there was an explanation for that. Shane <br /> mentioned that most likely those trucks got rejected from dumping soil/dirt on his <br /> property due to them not having soil reports. <br /> I asked again if he had any permits to be doing this dumping at this property. <br /> Shane stated that he is currently working with San Joaquin County to get permits. <br /> He also stated that he is working with the state water board about this property. I <br /> asked for names of anyone he is working with in the county and/or state. He could <br /> not provide any to me. <br /> Talked to Muniappa Naidu (Program Coordinator) he stated that I should update <br /> Kyle Cockerham, staff site cleanup unit for the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board and Joe Rocha, DA investigator for San Joaquin County <br /> about the situation. <br /> Called Joe Rocha. <br /> Phone: 209 468 3629. <br /> 1 updated Joe about the situation. Joe mentioned to update him if there is anything <br /> that pops up that is out of compliance. I stated that I will. <br /> Sent an email to Kyle Cockerham, I updated him on the complaint.
