(CERS ID 10413154) <br /> Dear Inspector Florido: <br /> We began receiving Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Reports on 8/1/2019 after <br /> your recent inspections recorded at the Dollar General location mentioned above. Several <br /> issues were noted in those reports within three main categories; Record <br /> Keeping/Documentation cited for violation 103, 106, 109, 110, and 111; Container <br /> Management cited for violations 404 and 405; Labeling and Storage violation number <br /> 605. Dollar General takes any complaint of alleged unsafe or non-compliant regulatory <br /> conditions very seriously.
