The waste items listed below were found bagged and inside a tote labeled Toxic HW (IMG 8031-45): - A container of DG Home Oxy Shower, Tub & Tile Cleaner that "powers through grime, soap scum, calcium & lime" according to the item's label. According to the DG Acid HW tote, calcium/lime/rust removers and toilet/tub/tile cleaners are to be placed in the Acid HW tote. - An LA Colors nail polish that is flammable according to the item's label. According to The DG HW guidance poster, flammable items are to be placed in the Flammable HW tote. - Three boxes of DG Health Coated Nicotine Gum. According to the DG HW guidance poster and Smoking Cessation guidance document, nicotine gum is to be placed in the Smoking Cessation tote. - Approximately five individually packaged Bowl Fresh (toilet) Bowl Cleaner and Air Fresheners. The DG Oxidizer HW guidance document pictured a DG Home Automatic In -Tank Toilet Bowl Cleaner, which appeared to be a similar type of item to the Bowl Fresh cleaner. Also, according to the DG Flammable HW guidance document, air fresheners are to be placed in the Flammable HW tote. - Four seemingly empty containers of liquid laundry detergent, three of which had broken caps. There was no spill clean-up material found to account for the liquid missing from the five containers, and Julie Sullivan, Store Manager, did not know what happened to the missing liquid. - A wax candle. It could not be determined how the HW determination for the candle was made, since the scanner did not indicate which HW tote the candle should be placed in, and the DG HW poster and guidance documents did not list candles or a similar type of item.
