We have also addressed the documentation requirement <br />violations with our Hazardous waste service provider, Stericycle INC. Attached is the <br />letter provided by their office confirming their document management practices to <br />provide RTC for Violations #109 & #111. After the onsite visits we also completed a <br />conference call with all store managers, regional directors, and field leadership within <br />California to discuss all the items noted within your comprehensive inspection reports. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this notice, and we believe that these <br />steps adequately address the concerns that your team has identified.
