All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #10 Disinfectant Residual <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Chlorine tablets found in each skimmer. Stop this practice as it poses a health threat to anyone who <br /> could reach in the skimmer and pull out the tablet and ingest it. Corrected on site. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Public pools, when open or in use,shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall maintain <br /> the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with cyanuric acid <br /> or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools,and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations:3.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free <br /> chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. (CCR 65529) <br /> #13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Cyanuric acid concentration is at it's maximum concentration of 100 ppm. Monitor this level so it does <br /> not exceed 100 ppm. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm.
