The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is missing a key or legend that defines what the yellow and red stars mean. Please add a key or legend to the site map. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a minor violation. 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release. The emergency response procedures were not complete. Line E3 is missing the location of the evacuation staging area.All of section H is incomplete. Please add the location to line E3 and complete section H. A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to,the following: -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a Class II violation. 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually. The business plan was submitted late on 1/31/2020. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. This violation has been corrected.
