(CERS ID 10413070) <br /> Dear Inspector Florido: <br /> We began receiving Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Reports on 8/1/2019 after <br /> your recent inspections recorded at the Dollar General locations mentioned above. <br /> Several issues were noted in those reports within two main categories or areas; Record <br /> Keeping/Documentation cited for violation 103, 104, 105, 106, 109, 110, and 111; <br /> Container management cited for violation 405. Dollar General takes any complaint of <br /> alleged unsafe or non-compliant regulatory conditions very seriously.
