The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for CDCR- California Health Care Facility as of November 01 , 20199 <br /> Open violations from September 26 , 2019 inspection <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the <br /> time frames and training materials required by this section . Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) within 30 days . The documentation must include a list of training <br /> topics , date of training , job title , name of employee , written job description (qualifications and duties ) , and employee <br /> signed (or certified ) record that documents the training . <br /> 0 This violation was corrected 11 This violation will be corrected by ( date) . <br /> 0 Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #601 Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization . <br /> OBSERVATION: One black metal 55 gallon container of waste solvent was observed in the 90 day storage area <br /> with an accumulation start date of 1 / 1 /2019 . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Facilities who generate more than 1000 kg of hazardous waste or more than I kg of <br /> acutely hazardous waste per month may store waste on site up to 90 days . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under <br /> manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHDI <br /> 0 This violation was corrected 11 This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> 0 Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Page 5 of 7 <br />
