HSC 25290 . 1 ( c ) ( 3 ) , 25290 . 2 ( c ) ( 3 ) <br /> Underground Storage Tanks : 2013- 340- 1 , 2013 -340-2 , 2013 -340 - 3 , 2013 -340-4 <br /> Classification : Class II <br /> Observations : <br /> During the inspection the following sumps were observed to have water intrusion : 87 A STP , 87 B STP , 91 STP , dsl STP . <br /> Corrective Action Completed During Inspection : <br /> Contractor onsite , Bill Karas removed water from all aforementioned sumps . <br /> VIOLATION # 2 <br /> 2030013 Failure to comply with one or more of the following designated operator ( DO ) monthly inspection requirements : <br /> Be performed by an ICC certified DO . Inspect monthly alarm history report, check that alarms are documented and <br /> responded to appropriately, and attach a copy . Inspect for the presence of liquid/debris in spill containers . Inspect for the <br /> presence of liquid/debris in under dispenser containment ( UDC ) and ensure that the monitoring equipment is positioned <br /> correctly . Inspect for liquid or debris in containment sumps where an alarm occurred with no service visit . Check that all <br /> testing and maintenance has been completed and documented . Verify that all facility employees have been properly <br /> trained . 23 CCR 2715 ( c) <br /> Underground Storage Tanks ; 2013 - 340 - 1, 2013 - 340- 212013- 340- 3, 2013- 340 -4 <br /> Classification : Class II <br /> Observations : <br /> The following alarms were observed upon reviewing alarm history, but did not include sufficient documentation : 1 ) 2 / 23 / 17 s36 : <br /> Diesel Additive Pro Vac - High Liquid Alarm ; 2 ) 4/4/ 17 L11 : Dispenser 5/6 Dispenser Pan Sensor Out Alarm . The alarms were <br /> acknowledged by DO in monthly reports, but referred to attached work orders for explanation .
