The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br /> applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Zuna Barker at(209)953-7311 to arrange the following appointments(a 48-hour notice <br /> is required for inspection appointments). <br /> • Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure that <br /> monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations <br /> and the Health&Safety Code. A copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to performing <br /> the"cold start"of the monitoring system and made available at the time of EHD inspection. <br /> • Leak detector test: Leak detector(diesel tank)must be tested to confirm that the device can detect a leak of 3 <br /> gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br /> • Verification of Bravo conversion frames installation, per the manufacturer's installation instructions <br /> • Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment sumps <br /> (UDCs) <br /> Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers for any leaks and to identify where piping has been capped off <br /> • Secondary containment testing: a 24-hour hydrostatic test(or equivalent)on impacted sumps <br /> (including any UDCs,where piping was capped off <br /> • Provide hazardous waste manifest(s)for tank and piping rinsate within 180 days of waste <br /> generation <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD inspection <br /> and approval. <br /> 1868 E.
