Dollar Tree#01260, 3728 E Hammer Ln Stockton, CA Record ID PR0538094
5/6/2019 CUPA— Haz. Waste
PHOTO# 26
A STOU HW tote was found with the contents not marked on the tote's HW label. The STOU HW tote contained the following (IMG 5927, 5931-8):
o A HW bag labeled "CB" and containing a partially empty 32 fl. oz. container of LA's Totally Awesome Oxygen Orange All-Purpose Degreaser. The
scanner indicated the degreaser should be placed in a CB HW tote. Somphon did not know what happened to the missing liquid that was once in the
container. Used absorbent was not found to account for the missing liquid. Somphon placed the degreaser into a CB HW tote.
o A HW bag containing a box of Color Eazy Permanent Cream Hair Color, which contained a tube of permanent hair color and a bottle of developer.
When the barcode on the box was scanned, the scanner indicated the items in the box should be placed in an STOU HW tote. However, the ingredient list
on the box stated that the cream hair color contains ammonium hydroxide and the developer contains hydrogen peroxide. According to the Dollar Tree
California Training Guide on Hazardous Waste Handling and Processing Procedures items containing ammonium hydroxide are classified as CB and
items hydrogen peroxide are classified as OX. The hair color and developer were not placed in separate HW totes at the time of inspection.
`r
CO
LU
N W
m q
v x
VILNo IL
vs L u
Q u x
 N V o f•
0 C o
w QJ ' .a m C •C Li
rti c 2
V Q O W m v N N N w
 vE - mC romCn
 m ir
p* L Q
Q: _' yyfin
M ' Q y Qi ` IL Gci a O m 7
R M is U a '= 3 0 (n r Uj
o p N • mQ o z
En
Q ar C CO U azw of- V, rr q :
Q u LaLjt3 U LjL] 0L Li
coop
z
Elianna Florido, REHS Page 26 of 49
