I believe it can be recycled, but I <br /> called calrecycle (https://www.calrecycle.ca.gov/UsedOil/CertCenters/) and they said they are not <br /> sure if mineral oil qualifies. Basically the oil is used to purge the lines for cooking oil in our cake <br /> making process. It is all food grade oil.
