THERE ARE BUGS EVERYWHERE IN <br /> THE KITCHEN. STANDING WATER ON KITCHEN FLOORS DUE TO LEAKS.THERE ARE ELECTRICAL ISSUES <br /> CAUSING EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS.AIR CONDITIONER NOT WORKING. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, I came into contact with the food service Director. I explained the reason for my visit and the director invited me <br /> to conduct my inspection. I inspected the kitchen area and observed no signs of maggots, bugs or standing bodies of water. <br /> The facility will go under reconstruction but the work has been halted due to COVID-19 issues.The walls of the kitchen and <br /> food preparation area currently contain paint chipping and exposed dry-wall area which the director stated will be repaired <br /> during the reconstruction. Inside of the back dry storage area, rodent droppings were observed but no sign or rodents or pest <br /> of any kind.Advise Director to remove droppings and sanitize areas to ensure rodents do not return to area.All the staff were <br /> observed wearing hair nets, gloves and all food on steam tables were observed with no debris in them. I advised Director to <br /> continuing providing pest control and to maintain staff with hair nets to ensure hair does notfall into prepared food.While on <br /> site I questioned the Director in regards to the air conditioner and he stated that it has not been on due to the winter time but it <br /> is functioning during the winter time.
