COMPLAINANT <br /> WITNESSED CUSTOMER GOING THROUGH THE BAGS. CUSTOMER RETURNED THE FOOD TO EMPLOYEE AND <br /> GOT THE CORRECT ORDER. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES EMPLOYEE TRIED TO GIVE COMPLAINANT THE <br /> RETURNED FOOD. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site Sue. I explained the reason for my visit and the manager stated having no <br /> knowledge of a complaint being made of that nature or of a reason why the food would be given back to the customer after <br /> another customer has touched it. She continued to state that all food that is returned is discarded and a new batch is prepared <br /> for the customer at no additional charge. She continued to state that she is not the typical manager for that location, and <br /> would not know who worked the drive-thru window continuously. I advised speaking to all staff in regards to policy for returned <br /> food and to advise staff to be remember that they are constantly being monitored by customers, even if they are not entering <br /> in the facility.
