Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available MAJOR <br /> OBSERVATIONS:During my inspection, I was taking the temperature for the mop sink, hand washing sink and for the 3 <br /> compartment sink, all were tempted at around 80F.When I spoke with the associate on site, he stated that the water heater <br /> may be off and went to turn it on. I stated that the water heater must be kept on and hot water must be provided for the mop <br /> sink and 3 compartment sink at 120F minimum,while the hot water for hand washing shall be at 100F-11 OF. Corrected on <br /> site. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An adequate,protected,pressurized,potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br /> (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #32 Food Properly Labeled and Honestly Presented <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Facility is currently bagging their own ice on site at the facility.
