1 , <br /> PANOCHE BURN SITE REMEDIATION <br /> TABLE 2 <br /> Permit Matrix <br /> Permit and Agency Remarks <br /> Site Access Authorization CIWMB was authorized to access the property to remediate the site on <br /> September 12, 1996. <br /> CEOA- Notice of Exemption Completed by the CIWMB on September 27,1996. <br /> 1601 Stream Alteration, Not Applicable—The site did not contain a definable stream; however <br /> Department of Fish and Game other DFG issues were discussed and mitigated. DFG wardens inspected <br /> the project during construction. <br /> Storm Water Pollution Prevention Not Applicable—Remediation area was less than 5 acres. <br /> Plan, Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board Central Valley RWQCB staff inspected the site and provided technical <br /> assistance concerning cover and retention dam design during the project. <br /> Grading, County of Fresno Not Applicable- Exempted under 1994 UBC Section 3306.2.4, Refuse <br /> Disposal Site. County Health Department staff inspected the site and <br /> provided assistance during the project. <br /> Road Encroachment,County of Not Applicable. <br /> Fresno <br /> Traffic Control No traffic control was necessary. Onsite vehicle traffic was kept to a <br /> minimum. No public roads were affected. <br /> Water, Department of Water Originally DWR allowed water to be removed from an irrigation channel; <br /> Resources however this resource was not available later in the project.The CIWMB <br /> contractor applied for a temporary permit from DWR to withdraw <br /> construction water from Little Panoche Creek below the dam. <br /> CIWMB 7 <br />
