USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. UP-83-69 OF S. F. ROYSTER, to consider <br /> revocation or possible modification of conditions of approval for <br /> UP-83-69 , which is a tire recycling and storage operation located <br /> approximately 4000 feet south of Linne Road and 1789 feet west of <br /> MacArthur Drive, south of the Union Pacific Railroad, south of Tracy. <br /> Associate Planner James Van Buren introduced a staff report into the <br /> record.
