This review shall be for the purpose of adding conditions or revoking this per- mit, as the Planning Commission may determine is necessary to provide adequate fire protection, air pollution control, vec- tor or rodent abatement, or any other nuisance abatement. 7 . All-weather access roads for fire protection, site inspec- tion, and nuisance abatement shall be provided to all areas of the tire storage. 8 . Personnel are to be on the site at all times. 9 . A bulldozer is to be on the site. The bulldozer shall be in an operational condition at all times . 10 . The site must be secured at all times , and the property is to be fenced excluding the area adjacent to the Banta Carbona Irrigation District. PM-81-66 OF EUGENE BARTOLOMEI, to amend PM-81-66 by removing a condition of approval for Assessor Parcel No. 187-070-21 which states, "Parcel B is not to be a building site. " The property is located on the west side of Bartolomei Road, 550 feet south of Mobley Road, east of Stockton. Assistant Planner Wylla Satterness introduced the staff report into the record. She noted that several telephone inquiries had been received, and people came to the counter in regard to this proposal . Mrs . Satterness noted that this same condition has been removed in six similar situations . PUBLIC HEARING OPENED PROPONENTS: Gene Bartolomei was present and said he is a full-time walnut grower and does commercial drying and hulling. He said he has been farming since 1959 and grew up on this farm. His daughter and son-in-law live in the home he grew up in and now Mr. Bartolomei wants to build another home for himself . He plans to consolidate his home with the buildings that are existing. It fits right in with his farming practices. He plans to retire on the new homesite. Mr. Bartolomei noted that if something should happen to him, or if he ever wanted to sell this property, it would be difficult, and would be almost worthless due to the condition restricting Parcel B.
