Page 6 <br /> Section 200 <br /> SWPPP Amendments <br /> 200.1 SWPPP Amendment Certification and Approval <br /> This SWPPP shall be amended: <br /> ■ Whenever there is a change in construction or operations which may affect the discharge of <br /> pollutants to surface waters, groundwater(s), or a municipal separate storm sewer system <br /> (MS4); or <br /> ■ If any condition of the Permit is violated or the general objective of reducing or eliminating <br /> pollutants in storm water discharges has not been achieved. If the RWQCB determines that <br /> a Permit violation has occurred, the SWPPP shall be amended and implemented within 14 <br /> calendar days after notification by the RWQCB; <br /> ■ Annually; prior to the defined rainy season, when required by the project's Special <br /> Provisions; and <br /> ■ When deemed necessary by the Resident Engineer. <br /> The amendments for this SWPPP, along with the Contractor's Certification and the Registered <br /> Engineer's approval, can be found in the following pages.
