LFR Levine-Fricke
A comprehensive RI/FS will be conducted following implementation to evaluate
residual concentrations in soil and groundwater.
7.5 Site Restoration
The Site will be restored by grading exceedingly steep slopes and hydro-seeding where
appropriate following future investigations and/or remediation. Future remedial
actions, if warranted, will be determined during assessments to be conducted following
implementation of the interim remedial action. LFR contacted a Senior Planner at San
Joaquin County to inform them of the upcoming project activities and to confirm their
interest in site restoration(Van Buren 2003). The county was informed that this is an
interim remedial activity and that any site restoration issues will be addressed after the
comprehensive RI/FS is completed. The county concurred that they will review and
provide input on any reclamation issues prior to the final disposition of the site.
7.6 Remedial Action Summary Report
A Remedial Action Summary Report will be prepared and submitted to the regulatory
agencies following completion of removal and disposal activities. The report will
include the project objective and a summary of the scope of work performed,
procedures implemented, quantity of material removed, and conclusions. The report
will also include copies of field notes, photographs, maps of the Site, copies of waste
manifests, and analytical results.
Final_RAP_Tracy_9.18.03(final).doc Page 39
