Date and time of sample collections, along with chain of custody <br /> information. <br /> 11. Record of photographs. <br /> 12. Site sketches. <br /> 13. Meteorological data: Wind speed, wind direction, relative humidity. <br /> 14 Times: Exact times of various activities and occurrences related to air <br /> sampling. <br /> 15.
