Hazelton Ave.
Stockton, CA 95205
RE: Septic Repair at 4500 S. Lammers Dr., Tracy, CA 95377
Dear Mr. Kith,
The City's Engineering Division has reviewed the request of the owners Ron and Marge Wiley,
to repair their existing septic system on their property at 4500 South Lammers Drive. The City
has determined that the septic system is located beyond the 200-ft maximum distance to be
required to connect to the City's sewer collection system. The owners have provided sufficient
evidence to confirm the distance.
In conclusion, the City does not protest San Joaquin County Environmental Health's
Department issuance of any permit to allow repair of the existing septic system.
Please do not hesitate to contact Kat Balogh at (209) 831-6458 or by email at
cat.baloah(d_)cityoftracy org, should you have any additional questions.
Sincerely, /
I
f
i
,&
Robert Armijo, PE
City Engineer/Assistant Development Services Director
City of Tracy
Think Inside the Triangle-/A,-
