Wilson Way, Stockton, California <br /> County Site Code: 9031 <br /> Dear Ms. Turkatte: <br /> I was just contacted by a veru irate Don Roek concerning your <br /> recent visit to his property, during which you apparently made <br /> several inquiries to Mr. Roek's tenants as to whether drilling can <br /> occur within the subject warehouse. <br /> You were recently provided with correspondence from Mr. Roek's <br /> counsel dated February 24, 1995, indicating that drilling <br /> operations within the warehouse would constitute an unreasonable <br /> interference with the tenant's business operations. Moreover, you <br /> are well aware that the Roeks are represented by counsel, that the <br /> Knowles are represented by counsel, and that a consultant, Ground <br /> Zero Analysis, Inc. , is managing investigative and remedial <br /> activities at the site.
