You talk about your clients ' frustration in <br /> that letter. I think the notion and concept of <br /> frustration in regard to the 102 South Wilson Way site has <br /> to be placed in context. <br /> We first contacted your clients and your office in early <br /> 1990 . Yes , over four (4) years ago. Since that time, we <br /> have done everything to try to convince you that you <br /> should take an active role in the investigation and <br /> remediation at the site. There has never been any <br /> question that Roek Brothers never owned or operated an <br /> underground storage tank at the 102 South Wilson Way Site; <br /> nor has there ever been any question that an underground <br /> storage tank was even located on the property during their <br /> ownership.
