File No. 75376-17093 . <br /> Dear Eleanor: <br /> I would like to thank you and Diane Hinson, and whoever <br /> else is responsible for your efforts in permitting the <br /> expansion of the Local Oversite Program to include sites such <br /> as that owned by Roek Brothers at 102 South Wilson Way. As <br /> you know, the Roeks are very anxious to have this site fully <br /> remediated with the oversite and approval of a regulatory <br /> agency. <br /> At this time I would like to formally request that this <br /> site be placed in the Local Ovesite Program, that Roek <br /> Brothers be named as the Responsible Parties for this purpose. <br /> We have authorized our engineer, Gerry Nakano of <br /> Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, to proceed with a work plan for <br /> remediation of the soil at the site. He is also preparing <br /> documentation regarding the groundwater contamination at the <br /> site.
