(LH) has been retained by the professional corporation of <br /> Neumiller and Beardslee to conduct a supplemental site investigation at a former <br /> underground fuel tank facility located at 102 S. Wilson Way in Stockton, California. <br /> The proposed site investigation is required to determine the lateral extent of soil <br /> contamination in the northwestern corner of the property. LH's investigation will consist <br /> of drilling and sampling three (3) additional soil borings in the area adjacent to the <br /> previously drilled borings in which soil contamination was found. <br /> Drilling has not yet been scheduled; however, it is anticipated to occur in late July. This, <br /> of course, is subject to your regulatory review and approval of LH's enclosed workplan <br /> and soil boring permit application.
