Box 2009
Stockton, California 95201
Subject: 102 S. Wilson Way, Stockton, California
Supplemental Site Investigation
Dear Ms. Ratliff:
Leedshill-Herkenhoff, Inc. (LH) has been retained by the professional corporation of
Neumiller and Beardslee to conduct a supplemental site investigation at a former
underground fuel tank facility located at 102 S. Wilson Way in Stockton, California.
The proposed site investigation is required to determine the lateral extent of soil
contamination in the northwestern corner of the property. LH's investigation will consist
of drilling and sampling three (3) additional soil borings in the area adjacent to the
previously drilled borings in which soil contamination was found.
Drilling has not yet been scheduled; however, it is anticipated to occur in late July. This,
of course, is subject to your regulatory review and approval of LH's enclosed workplan
and soil boring permit application. Also enclosed is a check for $142.00 which includes
the $89.00 permit application fee and the $53.00 per hour consultation fee.
Please notify Mike Tognolini or me if your review cannot be completed within this time
frame, or if you have any questions.
Very truly yours,
Gerry S.
