Installation of a well cluster(15A-15C),to be screened 35-55 ft bgs(15A),70-80 It bgs(15B),and <br /> 105-115 ft bgs(15C). <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. EHD and CVRWQCB discussed the need for deep wells in the area of NfW12 and MW13. EHD will <br /> allow waiting on the installation of MW12,but installation of a deep well in the area of MW13 is still <br /> required. - <br /> 2. Soil samples will be collected every 5-feet from MW15A and MW1513. Soil samples will be analyzed <br /> for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as gasoline(PPHg),Benzene,Toluene,Ethylbenzene,total Xylenes <br /> (BTEX),gasoline oxygenates,1,2 dichlorethane(DCA),and ethylenedibromide(EDB). <br /> 3. MW15C will be drilled using mud rotary equipment. Stratigraphy of the boring(15C)will be <br /> determined from logging of the cuttings. <br /> 4.
