• • Mr. Ron Rowe
Page 4 of
TASK 5 REPORTING
The information developed from the field investigation, risk/fate evaluation, and remedy
evaluation will be compiled in a summary report and submitted to PHS/EHD and the
Regional Water Quality Control Board. The report will recommend active or passive
remediation as appropriate to the characteristics of contaminant distribution, fate and
transport and risk to human health or the environment. A recommendation for passive
remediation would include a request for no further action.
UST Cleanup Fund approval of soil vapor extraction system operation expires on
December 31, 1999. Barring the discovery of significant residual levels of vadose soil
contamination we anticipate recommending discontinuation of soil vapor extraction.
If you have any questions or comments please contact us at your convenience.
Respectfully,
Gro er, o Analysis, C.
4ED GE
C° 2 Justin M.
