Port Road G Stockton CA 95203 <br /> As the Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) for San Joaquin County and pursuant to <br /> Health and Safety Code Section 25404.1(a)(2), the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) is responsible for the enforcement of statewide standards relating to all <br /> aspects of the Unified Program. The EHD has determined that the business/person referenced <br /> above has committed, or is committing, a violation of CUPA applicable law, regulation, permit, <br /> information request, or other requirement, and is requesting the assistance of the San Joaquin <br /> County Office of the District Attorney for further enforcement and prosecution actions. Detailed <br /> documentation of the violations is provided in attached referral. <br /> The EHD is required to implement enforcement in a timely manner and respectfully requests <br /> the Office of the District Attorney provide a written response to this referral within 30 days, June <br /> 1, 2019, indicating if the Office of the District Attorney will move forward with civil and/or criminal <br /> enforcement or will return the entire enforcement package to the EHD for other enforcement <br /> options.
