COMPLAINANT ALSO ALLEGES THE <br /> EMPLOYEES ARE NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS BEFORE PREPPING FOOD AFTER HANDLING CASH OR <br /> ANSWERING PHONES. NOT WEARING GLOVES. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. I explained to the manager the reason for me arriving on site and provided documents for face covering <br /> that were provided to us by the Public Health Officer of San Joaquin.
