Si <br /> F <br /> GROUND ZERO ANALYSIS, INC. <br /> ' 3422 West Hammer Lane, Suite C-294 <br /> Stockton, California 95219 <br /> Telephone: (209) 952-3481 <br /> Facsimile: (209) 952-9891 <br />€ December 1 , 1995 <br /> Ms Linda Turkatte <br /> San Joaquin County-Public Health Services � <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> ' 445 North San Joaquin Street 1 <br /> PO Box 388 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> 5 <br /> Subject Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling Report for Fourth <br /> Quarter 1995 , Knowles/Roek Property, 102 South Wilson <br /> Way, Stockton, California <br /> Ms Turkatte <br /> At your request Ground Zero Analysis, Inc (Ground Zero) has <br /> prepared this report for groundwater monitoring and sampling <br /> performed during the fourth quarter at the subject site (Figure 1) <br /> This work was preapproved by Mr George Lockwood of the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund <br /> On November 6 , 1995 Ground Zero developed monitoring well MW-13 <br /> (installed in temporarily plugged boring SB-37 during mobilization <br /> to construct vapor test wells at the site) , and measured water <br /> levels On November 8 and 9 Ground Zero personnel purged and <br /> sampled wells MW-4 through MW-13 (Figure 2) Wells MW-1 through <br /> MW-3 did not contain enough water for Ground Zero' s personnel to <br /> obtain groundwater samples from the wells At least three well <br /> casing volumes were purged from the wells MW-4 through MW-13 prior <br /> to sampling Water levels in monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-13 <br /> ranged from approximately 56 08 to 57 44 feet below ground surface <br /> (bgs) Monitoring data and purge logs are included in Attachment <br /> 1 Depth to water information is summarized in Table 1 <br /> Development and purge water generated during this event were stored <br /> onsite pending receipt of analytical results Groundwater samples <br /> collected from monitoring wells MW-4 through MW-13 were submitted <br /> under chain-of-custody to Argon Labs of Ceres, California (DOHS <br /> ' #1873) and analyzed for TPHg and BTEX using EPA Methods 8015 and <br /> 8020 , respectively Table 2 summarizes the results of laboratory <br /> analyses for groundwater samples collected from the wells <br /> Laboratory reports and chain-of-custody documentation for these <br /> samples are included in Attachment 2 <br />
