Time In: 12:20 pm <br /> Time Out: 1:04 om <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: LOUIES MARKET Date: 06/18/2020 <br /> Address: 734 E MAIN ST, STOCKTON 95202 <br /> Owner/Operator: SAMMY GON TOY Telephone: (209)466-7253 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052062 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COOKS ARE EATING WHILE COOKING- EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING FACE MASKS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the complaint. I explained that in regards to wearing face masks <br /> and gloves, I will provide management with a copy of the Governor's ordinances. In terms of the cooks eating while cooking, I <br /> did not see anyone on site eating that was providing customer service or while they were preparing food. I asked <br /> management if they had any knowledge of a complaint being made in regards to staff eating and they stated to have no <br /> knowledge of an act being done or of anyone making a complaint in general.
