<br /> Bring Grundfos pump (make sure it works properly, and is thoroughly decontaminated) and ES-60
<br /> pumps. Since we've discovered cross-contamination can remain in the Grundfos, purge clean wells with
<br /> a brand-new ES-60 if possible. Some wells can be purged with bailers.
<br /> Measure DTB/DTW all site wells in order: MW 15C, 15A, 1513, 9, 10, 12, 11, 6, 1, 2, 7, 8, 5, 16B,
<br /> 16A, 13B, 3, 4, 14, VW5, VW4, VW3, VW2, VW6, VW 1. Measure DTW with standard probe.
<br /> ge and sampl,,e 19 monitoring wells in the following order: MW 15C, MW 15A, MW 15B, ,
<br /> MW12, MW 11, 1, N*$, MW13B & VW1
<br /> Monitoring wells MW4, �M`W5 and MW6 and vapor wells VWl, VW3, VW4 and VW6 are 4-inch.
<br /> Remaining wells are 2-inch. Wells are 55-120 feet deep (see attached table); water is at about 45 feet.

<br /> Sample wells for TPHg/BTEX, oxygenates, 1,2 DCA and EDB by 8260. Use your best QC and decon

<br /> Contain purge water. Should be about 20 empties. Do an accurate drum count after you' one (both
<br /> full and empty). Make sure you fill out the standard drum count form.
