Store 177: <br /> #106—This violation is to be corrected by providing employees with hazardous waste re-training (i.e. training on the <br /> issues noted in the inspection report), and by providing the EHD with proof of such re-training (i.e. a record of employee <br /> re-training). <br /> Store 185: <br /> #103 - How were the waste determinations made for the items listed in this violation? Provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) <br /> for these items, if applicable.
