When the item was scanned by the Rabia Mahmood, the store manager, the scan gun <br /> instructed her to place the item into the AF (Flammables) HW tote (IMG 4267), however according to the 99 Cents Only Stores Hazardous Waste Poster <br /> posted above the HW storage area, bleach containing items, including Comet with Bleach, shall be placed in the Oxidizers HW tote (IMG 4268). Rabia <br /> placed the containers of Comet into the Oxidizers HW tote at the time of inspection. <br /> -A Speed Stick Power of Nature Lightning deodorant stick (IMG 4270, 4287). However, according to the 99 Cents Only Stores Hazardous Waste <br /> Management guide (IMG 4327), deodorant is classified as Toxic & State Regulated HW and should be placed in the Corrosive Bases and Toxic & State <br /> Regulated HW tote. <br /> -A Lady Speed Stick Invisible Dry Power deodorant stick (IMG 4270, 4290). When the item was scanned, the scan gun instructed the scanner to place <br /> the item into the AF (Flammables) HW tote (IMG 4293).
