Lodi CA 95240 <br /> CAL000369835 / CERS:10440301 <br /> We have corrected the noted violations in the following manner: <br /> 106: All employees have completed Hazardous Waste handling training module for 2018 and are about <br /> half way through with completing the 2019 refresher training. All members of Store management have <br /> completed the refresher training for 2019. All hazardous waste is being inspected by a member of <br /> management before it is placed in its tote to ensure proper procedures are adhered to. (attached find YTD <br /> training records for the store.) Training Module content also attached for your review. <br /> 109: The Manifests in question have been re-sent to the DTSC. I have attached a letter from our Hauler <br /> noting the Manifests were sent in to the DTSC as per our standard procedure. Looking into this I was <br /> informed the DTSC has had some issues with backlogged manifests and misplacing manifests; it is not <br /> uncommon. <br /> 605: Labels have been corrected. Missing date has been added. Manager has gone through and checked <br /> off content off each container. Labels have been updated to include company name, we are pushing this <br /> out to all of our locations to ensure company wide compliance.
