DISCUSSION:
Concentrations of TPHG and BTEX compounds were detected onlyin monitoring well MW-4 g 4 which is
consistent with the previous and initial sampling events.
MTBE was detected in the samples collected from monitoring wells MW-3 through MW-6 at
concentrations of 2.58 pg1L, 1,220 gg\L, 10,300 µglL, and 6,690 gglL, respectively. TBA (367 µg\L) was
detected in the sample collected from monitoring well MW-5 and ETBE (5.00 tg1L) was detected in the
sample collected from monitoring well MW-6.
The groundwater flow direction was calculated to be towards the southeast at an average gradient of
0.002 ft/ft. The groundwater elevation decreased approximately 1.5 feet in the monitoring wells since
June 2000.
ATTACHMENTS:
• Table 1 Groundwater Monitoring Data
• Table 2 Groundwater Analytical Results for Oxygenates and Additional Compounds
• Figure 1 Site Location Map
• Figure 2 Groundwater Elevation Contours (Third Quarter 2000)
• Figure 3 Groundwater Analytical Summary(Third Quarter 2000)
• Appendix A Field Data Sheets
• Appendix B Sampling and Analysis Procedures
• Appendix C Certified Analytical Reports and Chain-of-Custody Records
PAVILIONWyDocumentslARCa154691QTRLY12000L5469Q300 Delta
11/30/00
i
_ l
