Johnson, R.G. <br /> Consultant Project No: U5469-14-4 <br /> Primary Agency/Regulatory ID No: Nuel Henderson, R.G. I San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> WORK PERFORMED THIS QUARTER(First 2004): <br /> 1. Stratus monitored groundwater elevations and collected quarterly groundwater samples from <br /> monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-10 (Figure 2) on March 4, 2004. In addition to quarterly <br /> sampling, additional groundwater samples were collected for parameters identified in the ozone <br /> injection monitoring plan. <br /> 2. Stratus technician(s) visited the site six times (between January 2, 2004 and March 24, 2004) to <br /> conduct operation and maintenance of the ozone injection system and to collect field and laboratory <br /> parameters as identified in the monitoring plan for operation of the ozone injection system. <br /> 3. Stratus complied and evaluated groundwater monitoring data. <br /> WORK PROPOSED FOR NEXT QUARTER (Second 2004): <br /> 1. Quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling will continue at the site. The next sampling event is <br /> tentatively scheduled for June 2004. <br /> 2. Groundwater samples will be collected from monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-10 and analyzed for <br /> gasoline range organics (GRO), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes (BTEX), tertiary butyl <br /> alcohol (TBA), methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE), di-isopropyl ether (DIPE), ethyl tertiary butyl ether <br /> (ETBE), tertiary amyl methyl ether (TAME), 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA), and ethanol using USEPA <br /> Method 82606. <br /> 3. Stratus will operate and maintain the ozone injection system. The ozone injection monitoring plan has <br /> been revised to collect field parameters on a monthly basis. In addition to the quarterly sampling, <br /> additional groundwater samples will be collected from MW-1, MW4 through MW-10 on a quarterly <br /> basis and analyzed for chemical oxygen demand (COD) using USEPA Method 410.4, total iron using <br /> EPA Method 200.7, and heterotrophic plate count using SM9215B. <br /> 4.
